Firm profile
An alternative to big law.
The name partners Meurer and Mohr have known each other for more than 25 years since working together at a law firm co-operating with PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2010 they founded MeMo-Law together with founding partner Camilla Porath.
Our Duesseldorf office is located in the Haus der Bauindustrie (House of the Construction Industry). Partner Klaus Mohr is also active at our office in the Estepona region (Andalusia, Spain).
We deliberately keep the firm small. This gives us maximum flexibility, and our clients include national and international companies, investment firms, funds, project developers, architects, construction companies and private individuals.
Construction law is a particular strength of the firm: we advise clients from contract drafting through project support to litigation.
In individual employment law we represent companies as well as managing directors and senior employees, primarily in matters of wrongful dismissal and discrimination claims, and in drafting employment contracts.
We stand for high-quality legal advice, direct handling of every matter by a partner, commercial understanding, cost efficiency and transparency, tailor-made solutions – and availability beyond usual business hours.
